MEET THE EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST
To say Kellie has a passion for sport, exercise and health would be an understatement. Having completed a her Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology, a Graduate Certificate in Human Nutrition and Bachelor in Recreation Management, she has certainly laid the groundwork to know what she’s talking about when it comes to the health and fitness industry. She has been a fully qualified Personal Trainer for over 10 years and just keeps adding to her knowledge of all aspects of health, fitness, general wellness and training for specific sporting events.
Kellie’s interest in the human body and the way it functions has led her down the path of Exercise Physiology. Focusing on treatment of chronic health conditions (neurological, cancer, diabetes and mental health), managing falls and balance and supporting women’s specific conditions through exercise and general movement.
Kellie’s creativity shows in her training style. She loves creating a dynamic and motivating environment where people can uncover what works for them to achieve their goals.
Kellie’s a marathon runner, triathlete, mountain bike rider and team sports all-rounder. As a mother of two, she definitely understands the hurdles and barriers around training with work commitments, family life and making training fit in around a busy routine. She helps people realise their best selves – something that takes patience, understanding, communication and trust.
